By creating an account or using Bulls and Bears you agree to these terms.
The service
Bulls and Bears is an educational platform. It provides lessons, quizzes, chart exercises, charting tools, indicators, optional AI explanations and a paper trading simulator with virtual money. No real trades are placed and no broker is connected.
Not investment advice
Nothing on Bulls and Bears is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Course content, indicators, bots and AI answers are for learning only. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, attack it, or break these terms.
Membership and payments
- The membership costs $100 per year and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Membership → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law.
Your content and AI keys
You keep ownership of your drawings, notes and AI chats. If you connect your own AI provider key you are responsible for that provider's charges and terms.
Data accuracy
Market data from Finnhub and Yahoo Finance may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Indicators and paper fills are simulations and may differ from real market results.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you.
