Delete your account

You can delete your Bulls and Bears account and its data at any time, on the website or in the Android app.

In the app or on the website

1. Log in.
2. Open Account (in the Android app) or Membership on the website (open it).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password (or type DELETE if you sign in with Google).

By email

If you can't log in, email BullsandBears@gentrylegacy.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, watchlists, chart studies and drawings, saved AI provider keys and AI chats, AI chart marks, course progress, quiz and exercise results, and your paper trading account and orders.

What is kept

• Payment records that Stripe or Google Play must keep by law (we keep a minimal record that a payment happened).
• Spent promo codes stay marked as used.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first:

• Website (Stripe): Membership → Manage billing.
• Android (Google Play): Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bulls and Bears.
